Join us for Ecstatic Friday, a bi-monthly ecstatic dance experience at Casa Manabliss in Delray Beach, Florida. This transformative event offers a unique opportunity to connect, express, and expand through movement and music.

Start your evening with a complimentary cacao beverage and a grounding practice at 7:40 pm, designed to help you center yourself through breathwork, qi gong, or meditation. At 8 pm, the DJ set begins, inviting you to let go and move freely in an immersive, heart-opening environment. The evening typically closes around 9:30 pm with a soothing sound bath.
We often invite a local musician to share a live acoustic song as part of the closing circle, where all guests are encouraged to share their reflections or express themselves. The event concludes at 10 pm, leaving you recharged and connected.
