Whether you're a seasoned dancer or simply looking to shake off the stress of the week, Ecstatic Friday is the perfect way to kickstart your weekend. Bring your friends and get ready to dance like nobody’s watching!

Ecstatic Friday is an ecstatic dance event offered twice a month at Casa Mannabliss in Delray Beach, Florida. A complimentary cacao beverage is served with admission to help open you up, and music starts at 8:00 PM. The DJ set typically closes with a short sound bath around 9:30 PM. A local musician often shares an acoustic song at the beginning of the closing circle, and each guest is given the chance to express themselves before closing the circle at 10:00 PM.

Ecstatic Dance - 3 Simple Guidelines:

1. We Dance Barefoot – This helps us connect more fully with the ground. Socks are OK. If you need dance shoes due to a physical condition, that’s fine too.
2. We Dance Without Words – Nonverbal communication allows us to be in a meditative state. No verbal instructions from facilitators, and no talking among dancers.
3. We Dance as We Are – No drugs, alcohol, phones, cameras, video, scents, expectations, or judgments. Just be yourself, with respect for ourselves, the space, and one another.

Event Flow:

• 7:30 PM – Doors open. Settle in, enjoy complimentary cacao, and food from Konscious Kitchen will be available.
• 7:45 PM – Grounding session (TBD).
• 8:00 PM – Music begins, featuring a live DJ set by SUBSQWAD.
• 9:15 PM – Sound bath (approx. 10-15 minutes).
• 9:30 PM – Closing circle.
• 10:00 PM – Event completion.

Ecstatic Dance is a form of free-form movement where dancers surrender to the rhythm, letting the music guide their bodies. It’s not about looking good or following steps—it’s about letting your body express its true essence.
